Acacia honey and summer truffle dressing

Summer truffle and acacia honey in a refined combination. Excellent as a dressing for fantastic starters and desserts. To be enjoyed with aged cheeses such as Pecorino, Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Castelmagno and any kind of hard cheese but also with fresh ricotta, fruit like apples and pears and even drizzled over vanilla or caramel ice cream. It’s excellent in any recipe where honey is one of the ingredients.
